Greatly enjoyed staying at the double room with sweet terrace. The pool area was clean and the location was exceptionally nice, not far from Costa Smeralda, and the water park. There was dessert restaurant Gelateria mr Ice, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The apartments for 3 to 5 people are ideal for families who want more privacy, space, and freedom but without giving up the services of a hotel. We loved having our own space to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. The beach was just a short walk away, making it convenient for the whole family to enjoy the beautiful clear waters. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend these apartments for a family-friendly vacation.
In my wife's opinion, there could have been more children's activities at the hotel. My children wanted more options for entertainment and fun during their stay.

The location was top notch. The gardens and pool area are beautiful with an abundance of lovely flowers and bushes. The view from the sea-view rooms is lovely. The dining-room staff are pleasant without intruding, professional and immaculately dressed.
The rooms are small for families. Probably fine for a couple, but a bit of a tight squeeze once the extra bunk beds are in. The bathroom, although beautiful is tiny. The covered parking area belonging to the hotel is a challenge. They could improve it ten-fold by removing the roundabout in the middle and indeed some of the other shrubbery as some of the spaces are next to impossible to manoeuver in.

The location was perfect if you want to visit main attractions (beaches and small villages) in Costa Smeralda. The hotel was also nice and cleaned and offer a beautiful sea view from the rooms.
The food was not what we expected. No local products in the menu. The breakfast was very poor... Only boiled eggs, one type of cheese and one type of prosciutto and the rest were all canned food. The dinner as well lacked of the typical Italian food. Definitely not what we expected in a 4 star hotel in Italy. Also all the rooms had two single beds functioning as one double. This made our stay very uncomfortable since we were there on our honey moon :)....When we asked the reception, they said that all of their rooms had two single beds joined together to make a double bed.

Great location, very good food at the restaurant, helpful staff despite struggles with English. Can't say much about pool and other facilities - didn't have a chance to use them.

Its stuff and place
Meals were really poor. The variety was really limited, but never the less it was appropriate and some times tasty.

Exceptional ocean views and charming character. Negotiated a comfortable room rate with breakfast only. Friendly and knowledgeable night desk employee. Convenient location near the beach and plenty of great restaurants. a recommended stay.

Beautiful location, very close to the main area of activity and beach (less than 5 minutes walk). Clean, bright rooms, lovely pool, good evening meal, very friendly staff. We had a very nice time here! The hotel has a very warm and endearing atmosphere.
The room was very small for a family of 4, and the beds were uncomfortable. Sardinia is very expensive, and after travelling around the island for a couple of weeks, we discovered that even 4 star hotels are very basic indeed. In light of this, the hotel was very reasonable in terms of price and size.
